I have bought a total of six houses and sold two in my lifetime. No realtor was more enjoyable to work with or more knowledgeable and capable than Shawn. I was the buyer, and Shawn was the selling agent. No matter how often our agent called or how many questions we had for Shawn, he was always very kind, professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably responsive. One of the nicest people you will ever meet or work with. Shawn is also very honest. He worked hard for his client but was very fair and listened to us as the sellers. He held open houses every weekend, and in addition, on three separate occasions, would meet with us and our agent at the house at a moment’s notice. Does not get any better than working with Shawn.
