Shawn pays close attention to the unique needs of each client. He represented us when we purchased a home in December 2022. He gladly put through an unconventional offer we desired, then assisted with negotiations assuring all considerations were met. Other realtors wanted to list it much lower, but Shawn knew the area and priced it right. He told me when we signed that most likely the house would sell in a week.
